Join Mind Body Health Expert & Hypnotherapist, Nick Lees in this  Breaking Through Limitations workshop. He will talk about developments in our understanding of how our thoughts create our experience and he will demonstrate the power of words to influence our feelings and emotions.  It will be followed by an opportunity to participate in a Breakthrough Session.

Many people are held back throughout their lives by a range of limitations, perceived or real.  Nick will teach you to achieve something that you think is impossible. This proves experientially that you can do more than you thought and so, at a deep, fundamental level you realise that even more things are possible.

This workshop is practical and participatory.  Everyone gets involved. It is inspiring and fun.  Whether you are aged 10 or 100 or somewhere in between, whether you are an individual, a couple or a family, all you need to decide is, 'How badly do I want change?'
